Social Enterprise "AUTISM TODAY"

The objective of the project proposal is to create and develop social enterprise "Autism Today" within which to recruit and train specialists to work with children with autistic disorder for the newly opened Center Association "Autism Today" in the city Pleven as and to buy proper equipment to perform the activities of the social enterprise. The aim of the applicant, the procedure is to increase economic activity and improve access to employment for people disadvantaged in the labor market and other socially excluded persons, and providing appropriate conditions for their professional integration in the social economy. Will allow for their easier adaptation to the changing needs of the economy and the labor market, including through the development of knowledge and skills by recruiting mentors who can pass on their experience in a particular specific activity. To implement the goals and to ensure higher and better jobs, is expected to meet the following project activities: - Create social enterprise "Autism Today" and form a team; - Equipment of newly created jobs; - Employ 14 unemployed people with low competitiveness on the labor market for up to 12 months; - Providing mentors for newly recruited members of vulnerable groups; - Social marketing and promotion of the social economy and social entrepreneurship. Upon execution of the project proposal, Social Enterprise "Autism Today" will respect the horizontal principles of HRD OP, and will adhere to the principles of humanity and solidarity by providing affordable and quality social services, integrating communities, self-fulfillment and care for the people of risk groups.
