Professional integration through the development of social entrepreneurship in ALEX STYLE 2013 LTD

ALEX STYLE 2013 Ltd as a socially responsible company always strives to support the overall process of providing support for the social inclusion of disadvantaged people on the labor market. The opportunity offered by this scheme to create a social enterprise in the structure of the applicant organization creates suitable conditions for the professional integration of these persons in the sphere of the social economy. This is also the main purpose of this project proposal. The company "And I Can" is to be created - tailoring workshop for clothing and underwear. The project target group includes 15 disadvantaged people on the labor market and other socially excluded people. For their support, the applicant also plans to be an expert on the project - a part-time psychologist, as well as a third mentor. For the successful implementation of the project, the following activities will be carried out: 1. Psychological support and motivation of persons from the target group for inclusion in employment 2.Technical repair and equipment of the newly created jobs 3. Provision of employment for 12 months to the representatives of target groups hired in the social enterprise 4. Provision of mentors for newcomers from the target group The expected results of the project are: 1. Identified, motivated, psychologically supported, integrated in the labor market 15 persons from the eligible target groups 2. Provided favorable working conditions and long-term employment of the persons in the social enterprise 3. Achieved social effect by increasing self-esteem, competitiveness and living standards of the target group and indirectly to their families With the implementation of the ALEX STYLE 2013 Ltd's project will increase its social role in the community and in particular the municipality of Satovcha, will be an example of entrepreneurship and will stimulate the local economy in an innovative way for Bulgaria - through the creation of a social enterprise.
