Establishment of a new social enterprise in the retail sector

SLAVEY KALKOV - SAC as a socially responsible company has always sought to support the overall process of providing support for the social inclusion of disadvantaged people on the labor market. The opportunity offered by this scheme to create a social enterprise in the structure of the applicant organization creates suitable conditions for the professional integration of these persons in the sphere of social economy. This is also the main purpose of this project proposal. It is envisaged to set up a social enterprise - a mixed food and non-food shop in the village of Satovcha. The project target group includes 7 disadvantaged people on the labor market and other socially excluded (inactive and unemployed). For their support, the applicant also plans to hire an expert on the project - a part-time psychologist for 6 months. For the successful implementation of the project, the following activities will be carried out: 1. Psychological support and motivation of persons from the target group for inclusion in employment 2.Technical repair and equipment of the newly created jobs 3. Provision of employment for 12 months to the representatives of target groups hired in the social enterprise. The expected results of the project are: 1. Identification, motivation, psychological support and labor market integration of 7 persons from the eligible target groups. 2. Ensuring the favorable working conditions and long-term employment of the persons in the social enterprise. 3. Achieved social effect by increasing self-esteem, competitiveness and living standard of target group and indirectly to their families. With the implementation of the project SLAVEY KALKOV - SAC will increase its social role in the community and in particular the municipality of Satovcha will provide an example of entrepreneurship and will stimulate the local economy in an innovative way for Bulgaria - through the creation of a social enterprise.
