Development of social entrepreneurship in VIKSO EOOD

With this project proposal “VIKSO” Ltd. would like to take part in the development of the social entrepreneurship in the Republic of Bulgaria. Our company intends to found a new social company with an economic activity aiming to give access to jobs and education to people of disadvantaged groups in the labour market and other social excluded people (inactive or unemployed people). Our social company will function in favour of its employees as it will ensure them employment with the purpose to improve their standard of living and effective social inclusion. This social startup company will aim to achieve measurable, positive social impact and to use methods of providing services which are incorporated in its economic activity. It will be managed with an entrepreneurial, accountable and transparent manner. The economic activity in which we will employ and educate people of the disadvantaged groups is in the field of air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration equipment. We consider to perform the project activities in the territories of the city of Sofia and Lyubimets town. The result which we expect from the foundation of new social company is to include people in vulnerable position into employment and education by creating relevant conditions for their psychological support and motivation, social and professional integration and the company’s profit to be reinvested in achieving its social objectives. As a candidate for Procedure BG05M9OP001-2.010 – Development of Social Entrepreneurship we believe that with the realization of the objectives in this project proposal we will contribute to the development of the social entrepreneurship in Bulgaria and its affirmation as a business model which generates social value, promotes to achieving intelligent and sustainable growth and at the same time redounds for poverty reduction and social inclusion.
