Creating a social enterprise for landscaping and public works in the municipality of Sevlievo

Green social enterprise will develop landscaping activities and development of the municipality of Sevlievo, which will consist of cleaning and maintenance of green areas, public parks, gardens, squares, roadside and street maps landscaping, ornamental tree, shrub and herbaceous vegetation including park elements playgrounds located in Sevlievo and its neighborhoods. Contract of employment will be appointed 14 people from social risk groups and 5 staff on who will use the facilities municipal property after being repaired. To secure the activities of the social enterprise will be purchased equipment, materials and supplies. It is envisaged conducting motivational training for appointed representatives from the target groups. The start of operation of green social enterprise will support the process of integration into the labor market of people at risk. The investment project has a pronounced social effect against members of vulnerable groups, as it will promote the inclusion of human capital in the local economy and ensure improved quality of life. The activities of the social enterprise project tied to inclusion in active labor and social life through specialized forms of employment, enabling the creation of basic social and labor skills of individuals in the target group. This will help Sevlievo municipality, to deal adequately with the needs of vulnerable and at risk, which will lead to optimizing the social costs of the municipality.
