Establishment and development of a social enterprise "Stanimira's Chocolate House"

The aim of the project proposal is to create a social enterprise "Chocolate House Stanimira" with the existing company "Eyes Open Ltd.". In order to achieve our common goals, we have set the following specific objectives: - Establishment of "Chocolate House Stanimira" social enterprise by Eyes Open Ltd.; - Facilitating access to employment for vulnerable groups; - Establishing appropriate opportunities for the implementation of the vulnerable groups involved in employment; - Promoting social enterprises and the social economy; The social enterprise of Eyes Open Ltd. will achieve its goals, as both managers of the company are currently working with representatives of vulnerable groups within various charity initiatives and social projects, which in turn will make it easier possible labor realization of representatives of vulnerable groups in an activity for which they have the necessary qualities and abilities. The company of Eyes Open Ltd. will focus on the production of chocolate products. It will start its activity, providing work for up to 6 representatives of the target groups. Its activity consists in making various chocolate products - sweets, chocolates, chocolate figures, food and beverages and delivery. The purpose of the project proposal is fully in line with the objectives of the grant procedure, by facilitating the access to employment and social inclusion of vulnerable groups by creating the appropriate conditions for their professional integration in the sphere of the social economy.
