"Social Enterprise for Landscaping in the Municipality of Satovcha"

The implementation of a project entitled "Social Enterprise for Planting in the Municipality of Satovcha" is aimed at the social and professional integration of persons from vulnerable groups by promoting social entrepreneurship in order to improve the quality of life and to overcome the consequences of social exclusion and poverty of these persons. The project proposal envisages the realization of activities for psychological support, motivation, social and professional integration of persons from vulnerable groups in order to encourage their participation in the labor market and to create skills for successful work placement and / or adaptation to the working conditions in their inclusion in employment. The following activities are planned: 1) Informing and selecting the persons involved in the project 2) Conducting motivational training and providing psychological support to persons from vulnerable groups for inclusion in employment; 3) Conducting training sessions aimed at the social and professional integration of representatives of the vulnerable groups 4) Conducting of vocational training for improving the professional qualification in the profession "Worker in landscaping" 5) Support for employment for a period of 12 months 6) Social marketing and promotion of the social economy and social entrepreneurship.
