Development of social entrepreneurship and facilitate access to employment of vulnerable groups - "Keramoplast" Ltd.

"Keramoplast" Ltd. is a company specializing in the production of natural wood furniture. The company's employees in the most part are representatives of labor-vulnerable groups, given the sector belonging of the company. Thus, "Keramoplast" Ltd. has a clear vision of the necessity of investing in human resources and the desire to create and develop as a further activity of the company a new social enterprise with the main purpose of professional integration of persons from vulnerable social groups through the current project proposal. The social enterprise will be created to provide employment, social and professional integration of people from the target groups, which will lead to measurably positive social impacts through reducing poverty and unemployment. The applicant envisages the conclusion of 27 people - representatives of the target groups, with 8-hour working contracts up to 12-month period by providing appropriate conditions for professional integration in the sphere of the social economy such as: - ensuring the social and professional integration of the people included in the employment; - providing a suitable working environment for the newly-enrolled persons by purchasing equipment necessary for the successful performance of their professional duties. The newly employed people will work in the same manufacturing sector but the method through which they will be introduced into the company's workflow will embody the company's main social goal and current project proposal. These activities will lead to the expected results of creating opportunities for disadvantaged people on the labor market and other socially excluded people for a full life and facilitated professional integration in the sphere of the social economy. This in turn is a prerequisite for ensuring sustainable poverty reduction by ensuring better employment and promoting the social and solidarity economy.
