New social enterprise in the field of clothing and textile production with ethno-motifs

The project addresses the creation of a sustainable social enterprise with activity - design, manufacturing and distribution of clothing and other textile products with ethno motifs, as a new unit in the applicant company "AS" Ltd. For the purpose under the procedure "Development of Social Entrepreneurship", 6 unemployed persons from the target groups - disabled people and disadvantaged persons on the labor market will be motivated and appointed in new jobs. A mentor will be provided for the hired new persons. The job sustainability will be ensured by purchasing new equipment that meets the requirements for new jobs. The implementation of this project proposal will contribute to facilitating access to employment and ensuring the social inclusion of vulnerable groups by creating the right conditions for their professional integration in the sphere of the social economy. The activities set out are in line with the objectives of the procedure: to facilitate access to employment and to support the social inclusion of vulnerable groups by creating the right conditions for their professional integration in the social economy. The expected results from the implementation of the project are: ensuring the professional and social integration of newly recruited persons and stimulating their full inclusion in the active labor force of the applicant. The applicant will keep the employment of 50% of newly recruited persons after the end of the project.
