Social enterprise within the structure of Stamboliyski Municipality

This project proposal aims at measures to facilitate the access to employment in the field of social and solidarity economy by creating a social enterprise which offers personalized services for the population in two directions: part-time care for children in a refurbished and equipped children's center and the provision of services for general repairs, maintenance and assistance to the citizens of Stamboliyski Municipality. The target group includes 32 people from vulnerable groups of disadvantaged people on the labor market, according to the level and structure of unemployment in the municipality. The sustainability of the project results will be ensured by providing the functioning of the Social enterprise for no less than 12 months and by preserving the employment of at least half of the newly hired individuals for six months after the end of the project. This will be guaranteed by creating a successful enterprise with a social cause, a positive financial result, which will be managed in an entrepreneurial and accountable manner, will not depend entirely on external financing and has a clear perspective for development and achieving social goals. The planned repairs as well as the purchase of materials, consumables, equipment are optimally co-related to the project activities and are tailored to the capacity and the necessary maintenance resource to meet the needs the newly employed people and to facilitate their involvement and active participation in the work processes as part of a joint team. Providing accurate, timely, appropriate and lawful management and reporting of the project activities is carried out through the process of project management. All project activities will be accompanied by measures for information and publicity which will emphasize on the communication of the support of the EU through ESF granted to the applicant.
