Social entrepreneurship development in “PETROV 95-JURI NENCHEV” EOOD

The realization of this project proposal will help facilitate the access to employment and ensure the social inclusion of vulnerable groups by creating appropriate conditions for their professional integration in the social economy sphere. For this purpose, a social enterprise structure in “PETROV 95-JURI NENCHEV” EOOD will be created, whose aim will be to reduce unemployment among members of disadvantaged groups and to provide social support for isolated and vulnerable communities, and individuals. The activity of the new social structure will cover only the additional activity developed by the company in field of textile manufacture such as mattresses, quilts, duvets, blankets, pillows, mattresses, etc. The project proposal is aimed at the main target group – specific target groups of people with disabilities, long-term inactive/unemployed people, including young people under 29 years and persons above 54 years, unemployed people with primary or lower education. The activities envisaged under the project include: - Creation of 14 new jobs for people with disabilities and people from disadvantaged groups; - Providing mentors for the newly hired employees; - Providing adequate work places for the newly hired employees by purchasing equipment tailored to their needs. The expected results of the project are: increasing the employment among members of disadvantaged groups, ensuring their professional and social integration, and encouraging their full inclusion in the active workforce as well as keeping them in it even after the end of the program.
