Securing sustainable employment for people from disadvantaged groups through establishing a social entreprise producing educational children games.

The goal of this project is to establish a sustainable and successful social entreprise which will: ease access to employment and offer support for social inclusion to vulnerable groups - people with disabilities or reduced ability and long-term unemployed individuals. We see this project as an opportunity to realize an innovative business model with the end goal of supporting those groups, improving the quality of their lives and reinvesting profits to the benefit of those groups. The social entreprise will produce children educational games and materials (including such for children with special education needs) and souvenir toys. We will offer both serial products and personalized orders tailored to the needs of educators and therapists. For the duration of the project, this newly created entreprise will employ 8 people of the following target groups: people with autism (or similar disorders) and unemployed parents of children with special educational needs and/or disability. A minimum of 6 people will continue their employment for at least 6 months after the end of the project. An occupational therapist will ensure smooth transition and adaptation of staff and a marketing and sales consultant will guarantee successful sales and bigger markets. The project includes the following activities: 1.Social and professional integration of representatives of vulnerable groups in the social economy sector 2.Selection of unemployed individuals to participate in the project 3.Supported employment for a period for up to 12 months 4.Providing the necessary equipment and technology for the workplace 5.Research of market and demand for the manufactured goods and services provided. Profit from the business will be reinvested as follows: - organizing various events for employees - providing a room for play and therapy for children of staff as well as specialists to work with them during the day
