Sharon Ltd. was established in 2016 with main activity R amp; D in the field of social sciences and humanities. Since its inception, the enterprise aims to achieve a sustainable business model based on high social responsibility and integrity in business. In this regard, the development concept of Sharon LTD naturally drawn to social entrepreneurship as reconciliation realization of human cause and pure business method for financing and implementation. The implementation of this project applicant will satisfy the need for financial support to build a new social enterprise that will operates on retail goods that generate social returns. The main objective is to provide employment and support for social inclusion of the target group for the project, which includes 11 unemployed people with low competitiveness on the labor market - rather addicted to drugs, narcotics or alcohol by creating suitable conditions for their professional integration in the social economy. The planned activities that will lead to achieving the main goal are: - Ensuring employment for up to 12 months, including hiring persons from the target group, head of the social enterprise, rental shops and the creation of internet shop. - Equipment of newly created jobs specifically provided for in the preceding business outlets. - Social marketing and promotion of the social economy and social entrepreneurship through marketing campaign primarily on social networks and electronic media. The project provides activities for organization and project management as well as information and communication. The expected results are: - appointment of 11 people from the target group and head of the enterprise; - providing resources for new jobs; - promoting social enterprise and economy and ensure financial sustainability.
