Social enterprise for development of the artistic potential of the children

The current project proposal envisages establishment of a new social enterprise in the structure of Callcen Ltd. Main objective of the new enterprise will be achievement of measurable positive social impact on the children of age up to 15 through the use of modern IT solutions for development of their traits and skills in the sphere of art. Target group of the current project are the persons from the following weak groups: unemployed young people up to 29 years of age; long-term unemployed people over 12 months; and unemployed people of age above 54 years. For 20 persons from these groups will be ensured employment for 12 months, and for minimum 50% of them (10 persons) will be ensured employment for not less than 6 months after the end of the project. Envisaged is the execution of the following activities: - Psychological support and motivation of persons from the weak groups in order they to be included in employment; - Social and professional integration for representatives of the weak groups in the sector of social economy; - Provision of training on key competence “Communication in foreign languages” – English language; - Purchase of equipment for the activity of the social enterprise; - Provision of professional training for improvement of the management and business skills of the administrative unit in the social enterprise; - Ensuring of employment for 20 persons for 12 months.
