Job creation through the development of social entrepreneurship

The project "Creating new jobs through development of social entrepreneurship " has as its main objective "to create a new social enterprise functioning as a public unit that offers dining services in order to meet the need of supporting social inclusion and employment of representatives of vulnerable groups in the labor market". The project meets the need of creating the necessary conditions for social and labor integration by providing a 12 month period employment for the folowing main target groups of thproject: unemployed young people aged up to 29 years, people with disabilities, unemployed people aged of more than 54 years. The main objective will be achieved by implementing the following activities: 1. Organization and management of the project. 2. Information and communication. 3. Support for employment for up to 12 months. 4. Equipment of newly created jobs. 5. Psychological support and motivation activities for inclusion in employment to he individuals from vulnerable groups. 6. Social marketing and promotion of the social economy and social entrepreneurship. The following measurable results will be achieved by implementation of the project activities. 1. A new social enterprise well be founded in Sofia that will be operating in support of representatives of vulnerable groups in the labor market. 2. Employment will be provided for totally 22 represntatives of the target groups for a period of 12 months. 3. At least 11 members of the target group will be guaranteed to maintain employment after the project.
