My avocation as My occupation - providing services about online oriented businesses

The lack of employment is a major cause of poverty and social exclusion. To overcome these needs it is necessary to create adequate conditions for inclusion of vulnerable groups in the labor market. The project is addressed to create employment for disabled and at a disadvantaged people into the labor market -youth and long-term unemployed and to overcome their social exclusion, increasing the quality of living and stimulating their competitiveness on the labor market. The overall objective of the project is to provide employment and conditions for social inclusion of vulnerable groups in the social economy. The specific goals of the project are: to create sustainable social enterprise to provide social and professional integration of for disabled and at a disadvantaged people into the labor market; to provide employment for 2 disabled, 8 constantly unemployed people and 10 youth; to promote the social economy and entrepreneurship. The project activities are:1. Identification of the target groups which will be part of the project and motivation for their inclusion into employment;2. Provision of training according key competence 4 "Digital competence";3. Providing a mentor of employer for newly hired parties;4. Equipment of the newly opened working places;5. Providing employment to the target groups;6.Research of the demand and the opportunities for marketing of the provided services;7.Popularization of the social economics and social entrepreneurs, and social marketing. The expected results are creating a sustainable form of employment for disabled and at a disadvantaged people into the labor market – unemployed youth and long-term unemployed people to overcome their social exclusion and popularized social entrepreneurship.
