Ecological education of children- factor for sustainable development

The implementation of this project will help EU Consult to be engaged in socially important mission in two ways - on one hand to support vulnerable people in the labor market - creating new employment opportunities and social inclusion, and the other with the help of supported individuals to contribute to the environmental education of children from 2 to 10 years and thus works towards meeting environmental and sustainable development. The target group of the project include persons from the allowable target groups under the procedure. The overall objective of the project is to facilitate access to employment and to provide support for social inclusion of persons from the allowable target groups under the procedure, through their inclusion in subsidized employment and providing sustainable employment in a new social enterprise of them all. The planned activities are: Recruitment of the target group, Selecting a provider and supply the necessary equipment for the newly selected persons, Selection of suppliers for the planned project services /rent, occupational health/, Perform training of persons from the target group - to develop communication skills and work with children at different ages; Hire representatives of the target group, Providing employees of the social enterprise from EU Consult team - manager and accountant. Within the project we will also perform the necessary activities for the organization and project management, and information and communication in accordance with the conditions and requirements of the program. As a result of the project, part of EU Consult structure will be separated and will begin socially responsible activity aimed to transform into environmental education for children from 2 to 10 years by creating care programs - for children from 1st to 4th grade and for children from 2 to 7 years / hourly / and inclusion and training of disadvantaged people as educators.
