Development of social entrepreneurship in "Bonanza - professional cleaning" Ltd.

The project of Bonanza - professional cleaning Ltd. aims to facilitate the access to employability and to provide support for social inclusion and sustainable employment of vulnerable groups through creation of suitable conditions for their professional integration in the sphere of social economy and development of social entrepreneurship.This will be done through psychological support and motivation of 40 people with vulnerable state on the labour market in Sofia, including unemployed people with lower level of competitiveness on the labour market - unemployed persons with primary or lower education and without qualification, unemployed people above 54 years, and hiring these 40 people at the Social Entrepreneurship Division of Bonanza - professional cleaning Ltd. for a period up to 12 months on the position "Cleaner", Ref: 9112-0004.The Social Entrepreneurship Division of Bonanza - professional cleaning Ltd. itself will increase its management capacity, will research the possibilities for market realisation of provision of social services through social entrepreneurship in Sofia and in the country, as well as international experience in this area, will be equipped and provided with personal protective equipment and clothing, and will popularize the provided services to representatives of the project target groups. This will allow more representatives of the target groups to go out of isolation, to be employed and to successfully integrate in the sphere of social economy. The project is implemented in partnership with Medicom - Consult Ltd. In a long-term period, Bonanza - professional cleaning Ltd. through its Social Entrepreneurship Division will be able to provide better services for professional cleaning of social institutions, private homes, business companies, etc., which improve and promote sustainable employment and support this socially excluded group.
