New chance for everyone in ASSOCIATION "NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF CONSUMER PROTECTION"

The project is aimed at creating jobs in the social economy in Bulgaria and in partular the creation of a new social enterprise - Alternative Dispute Resolution in which will be amployed 26 persons of the identified project targer groups, namely: - Disabled - Disadvataged endividuals - Other socially excluded. The project objectives are: 1. Basic goal-creating a new social enterprise Alternative Dispute Resolution in which to secure employment for 26 persons from the target groups, thus facilitating their eccess to employment, to provide support for social inclusion and opportunity professional integration. 2. Specific objectives: - Create social enterprise, which will employ 26 persons of the most vulnerable groups in the labor market - Providing a social enterprise employment of 26 persons from target groups within 12 months within the project and least 6 months after its completion for no less than 14 persons - Providing a suitable and all regulatory requirements working environment for persons - Providin internal induction training from volunteers who provide labor in the Association at the rime. The expected results of the project are: 1. New social enterprise created 2. 26 jobs opened for the following positions: - 8 lawyers - 3 accountants - 5 computer systems administrators - 5 operators contact center - 5 analyzers market research. 3. Ensuring employment for 26 representatives of the target groups within 12 months within the project and for 14 persons employment after the project. 4. Purchased and implemented tangible and intagible assets for newly sreated jobs. The main project activities are: 1. Selection of 26 persons of the target group to be included in employment 2. Equipment of newly created jobs 3. Ensuring employment in social enterprise for 26 persons for 12 months.
