"Children's Center of Interest", an alternative for the development of social entrepreneurship.

The main goal of the project is to bring social inclusion and integration of people from vulnerable groups by creating conditions for their professional integration in the sphere of social economy. For this purpose, in the structure of Tiara 2016 Eood, a candidate with this project proposal will set up a new social enterprise - a children's centre of interests for children at age between 3 and 10. For the successful operation of the new activity, it is necessary to open 6 permanent new jobs for disadvantaged people on the labor market and also some other socially excluded people who will be appointed to the following positions: assistant educator and social assistant. In order to guarantee the successful professional integration of the newly recruited people a vocational training will be provided. A necessary equipment will be purchased for the efficient occupation of the workplaces. The successful implementation of the project will contribute to accelerating the transition from unemployment to employment in real economy. As a result of the provided employment, the acquired professional qualifications, the representative of the target group will be able to provide quality services at the newly opened children's centre. The centre will be also attended by children with special needs. At present a significant number of disabled children in Bulgaria are deprived of the opportunity to communicate with their peers and to be independent and equal. It is the provision of interest and entertainment activities that will ensure equal access for the children, which will lead to the successful integration of children with special educational needs. This project proposal is linked to OP 2 "Poverty Reduction and Promotion of Social Inclusion" and IP 4, the selected target group being directly linked to the identified social challenges. Inclusion in the target group's activities will result in employment and sustainability after receiving support.
