Establishment and development of "SouthWest News" Social Enterprise - Streaming online media

The project to create a social enterprise "Southwest News" - streaming online media has the primary objective to facilitate access to employment and to provide support for social inclusion of vulnerable groups through the creation of appropriate conditions for their professional integration in the social economy in District Blagoevgrad. A new social enterprise will be established - Internet social media "Southwest News" which will provide employment for eight persons from the target group.The specific objectives are: 1. Reducing unemployment risk groups referred in particular t.11.4. 2. Creation of a subsidized employment of eight representatives from these target groups for 12 months and long-term one, after the completion of the project. 3. Creation of digital social business - streaming online media with strong regional representation of Blagoevgrad that specializes in social issues and provide supporting information for vulnerable groups. 4. Improving access to the labor market of members of vulnerable groups through psychological assistance, counseling and motivating and training. The project envisages the implementation of these goals to be achieved within 16 months. The achievements of the project will be both quantitative and qualitative. Quantitative will consist of selection and the selection of a number of unemployed to participate in the project and their long-term employment in the newly formed social enterprise and qualitative analysis by the increased social and professional skills of participants established by test or study. The current draft NGO "Realized Dreams" is focusing social and professional adaptation to the new conditions of work of journalists in the country, unemployed people over 54 years old, and those with permanent physical disabilities.
