Social entrepreneurship to provide employment to vulnerable groups

The project aims to facilitate access to employment and to provide support for social inclusion of vulnerable groups through the creation of appropriate conditions for their professional integration in the social economy, create a new Social Enterprise with Support Center, in which to develop, approve and disseminate a comprehensive model for sustainable integration into the labor market. Specific objectives: - Establishment of a functioning Social Enterprise in the consultancy sector through a new Support Center in Sofia, including a newly registered Job Intermediary and a web-based platform for demand and supply of labor, products and services. - Consolidate and develop local capacity to secure the new social enterprise by setting up an Expert Board, a broad network to support and popularize the social enterprise. - Providing a complex of integration services for 30 persons from vulnerable groups, including motivation, counseling and training, as well as providing employment and mentoring to 12 persons. As a result, the target groups will receive a complex of integration services included in a new social enterprise, which will create employment on the labor market of persons from vulnerable groups and on the other - create conditions for self-financing of the applicant's social activities by generating of revenue. Complex approaches, combining professional development with social development, are implemented through: acquiring social skills by individuals, stimulating their inclusion and integration through specialized services and training for 30 persons and employment of 12 persons. This responds to the identified needs of vulnerable groups of psychological support, increased motivation, self-confidence, key competences, labor market integration, employment and social inclusion. The new model-social enterprise with a Support Center contributes to the growth of social capital and the development of the social economy. Duration of the project: 19 months.
