Development of social entrepreneurship and access facilitation to employment of vulnerable groups - "Correct Factor" Ltd.

"Correct Factor" Ltd. is a company established in 2010 in Plovdiv. The company specializes in the complex construction of buildings and facilities, as well as their infrastructure, external and internal communications, repairs and finishing. The management of the company has a clear vision of the necessity of investing in human resources and the desire to create and develop as an additional unit to the company a new social enterprise with the main purpose of professional integration of persons from vulnerable social groups. The establishing will ensure the employment of people from the target groups that will lead to a measurably positive social impact, through their social and professional integration and as a result - poverty and unemployment reduction. "Correct Factor" Ltd. is planning to hire 21 people representatives of the target group with 8-hour working contracts for a 12-month period by providing appropriate conditions for professional integration in the sphere of the social economy such as: - ensuring the social and professional integration of the persons included in the employment; - providing a suitable working environment for newly-enrolled persons by purchasing equipment necessary for the successful performance of their professional duties. The newly employed people will work in the same industry, but the workflow, the way of communication and management, and the assignment methods will embody the company's main social goal in the current project proposal. These activities will lead to an expected outcome - enabling people in disadvantaged position on the labor market and other socially excluded people to have a full life and facilitated professional integration in the social economy. This, in turn, is a prerequisite for ensuring sustainable poverty reduction by providing better employment and promoting a social and solidarity economy.
