Main goal - to support the social inclusion of socially excluded persons- long-term unemployed and unemployed over 54 years and create sustainable employment for six of them. Specific objectives: 1. Provision of psychological and professional support for social and professional integration / inclusion in the social economy sector for vulnerable groups. 2. Implement a model for social enterprise to provide support to the target groups through consultations and training and six months support by a mentor; 3. Achieving sustainable social enterprise through positive social marketing and good market realization. 4. Increase the number of employed in social enterprises-6 unemployed and 13 persons supporting them Activities: 1. Psychological support and motivation 2. Vocational training in tourism 3. Training key competency – 4 Digital 4. Provide mentor 5. Equipped workplaces 6. Support for employment up to 12 months 7. Study of demand and opportunities for marketing of the products and services provided; 8. Social Marketing and promotion of the social economy and social entrepreneurship. Results: 1. Improved personal development - Certificate of motivational training for participants 2. Completed vocational training to acquire the third degree of professional qualification in tourism 3. Improved computer literacy of vulnerable groups 4. Improved work habits by mentor 5. Equipped jobs and 10 months of employment for vulnerable groups 6. examined the demand and feasibility 7. Marketing analysis 8. Developed strategy. 9. Created brand 10. Sustainable presence in social networks and the start of an aggressive advertising campaign.
