Reduce poverty and promote social inclusion through the development of social entrepreneurship and training of people at risk in VIDEA MARKET Ltd and create a new social organization "Atelier for traditional design."

In accordance with the purpose of the project, precisely to reduce poverty and to boost the social engagement of the socially excluded people by development of social entrepreneurship,the entreprise will open new structure. The methods and stages for the accomplishment of the activities, their results, motivation of necessity for equipment purchase are described in the Plan for execution of the activities. In approving the project, the company will create a new social enterprise "Atelier for traditional design"by next steps: 1.Provision of 8 employment for up to 12 months to persons in the priority groups 2.Provision of 1employment for up to 12 m. to inactive or unemployed persons through inclusion in the team of social enterprise.3.Providing a mentor.4.Provide training for persons in line1. 5.Equipment of the new-created workplaces.6.Social Marketing and promotion.7.Psychological suport. 8 Information and publicity.9.Organization and project management..It will provide employment for up to 12 m. to 8 persons of priority groups and 2 inactive or unemployed through inclusion in the team of social enterprise also for up to 12 m. The activities, which will be executed, in order to achieve the provisional results, will be executed by measns of combination of measures. The expected results are achieved in 12set the indicators project will recruit the 8 socially excluded persons (inactive and unemployed) and they will be employed within 12 months. Then they will be trained to acquire key competences. After completing the 12 m. period of at least 4 persons will be provided employment for at least another six months of 100% of the MOD. Over 50% of the operating income of the social enterprise will be reinvested to support socially vulnerable people. By 2% of profits on sales of products made in social enterprise will promote socially relevant activities. Sustainability will be guaranteed at least 30% of staff in the establishment of socially vulnerable groups.
