USOL Ltd. aims to create and develop the Social Enterprise "Recreation and Restoration Factory", which will create suitable working conditions as well as conditions for social inclusion for a better and worthy life of people from vulnerable groups and their integration in society. The main objective of the project proposal is for every person to get the opportunities for realization, regardless of ethnicity, gender, disability, age, social status. Ensure higher and better quality employment by seeking to increase economic activity while improving access to employment for job-seekers and to enable employees in the enterprise to more easily adapt to the evolving needs of the economy and the labor market, including through the development of knowledge and skills, through the appointment of mentors to pass on their experiences and skills. The following activities are planned to be implemented: - Establishment of the Social Enterprise Recreation Recovery Factory and team formation. - Ensure the employment of 20 persons from vulnerable population groups for up to 12 months. - Providing a mentor for part of the newcomers from the vulnerable groups. - Equipping newly created jobs. - Social and professional integration of representatives of vulnerable groups in the social economy sector. - Social marketing and promotion of the social economy and social entrepreneurship. Through the development and implementation of the social strategy, the social enterprise will adhere to the principles of humanity solidarity, providing accessible and quality social services in the newly established social enterprise, integration of communities, full realization and care for people at risk groups.
