The We Can Project will provide support for the social inclusion of vulnerable groups by creating the right conditions for their professional integration in the social economy. The project envisages to ensure employment for disadvantaged and other socially excluded people which are on the labor market through establishment of a social enterprise - kitchen for preparing food, catering type, to increase the capacity of the provided social service "Public Dining Room". The activities in the project include equipment and kitchen fittings for the kitchen (for this purpose there is an appropriate premise with contract for its rent for 5 years); Selection, vocational education and traning are foreseen for 6 /six/ unemployed persons who have been subjected to a "deprivation of liberty" and / or inactive persons and / or persons with disabilities. All people included in the project activities will be registered in the Employment Agency Bureau - persons deprived of a prison sentence, and / or inactive persons and / or persons with disabilities and will be included in training for acquiring part of a professional qualification "cook", code 811070, specialty "Manufacture of culinary products and beverages" code 8110701. If the persons included in the project have the necessary qualification in the profession "Cook" they will be appointed by TD without passing the training.These six persons will be hired as chefs with work contact for 12 month in the framework of the project. The project activities will be carried out together with a organization, registered in the Register for the Centers for vocational training at the NAVET. The prepared food will be used to increase the capacity of the social service "Public Dining Room", which is currently available on the territory of Varna, which will ensure the sustainability of the activities after the end of the project. Through the project, services will be provided that will generate social perceptiveness for society.
