"Improving the quality of life of disadvantaged people in the municipality of Momchilgrad through the development of social entrepreneurship"

Under the project "Improving the quality of life of disadvantaged people in the municipality of Momchilgrad, through the development of social entrepreneurship" a social enterprise will be established which will provide employment for 32 persons from the target group and administrative staff of 4 persons. The project proposal envisages the realization of activities for psychological support, motivation, social and professional integration of persons from vulnerable groups in order to encourage their participation in the labor market and to create skills for successful work placement and / or adaptation to the working conditions in their inclusion in employment. The implementation of the project is aimed at the social and professional integration of persons from vulnerable groups by promoting social entrepreneurship in order to improve the quality of life and to overcome the social exclusion and poverty of these persons in the municipality of Momchilgrad. The following activities are planned: 1. Establishment of a Social Enterprise; 2. Inform and select the persons from the target group who will participate in the project activities; 3. Providing motivational training and providing psychological support to persons from vulnerable groups for inclusion in employment; 4. Social and professional integration of representatives of vulnerable groups; 5. Selection of applicants for social services; 6. Conducting vocational training for the improvement of the professional qualification in the profession "Worker in the landscaping"; 7. Conducting training on key competences 6 "Public and Civil Competencies"; 8. Support for 12 months of employment for the persons in the target group; 9. Providing social service Home Assistant; 10. Promoting the social economy and social entrepreneurship.
