New employment opportunities in a social enterprise to the Sustainable Development and Prosperity Foundation

The main objective of the project is to facilitate access to employment and to provide support for the social inclusion of disadvantaged persons on the labor market, creating the right conditions for professional realization in the social enterprise to the Foundation Sustainable Development and Prosperity. The aim will be achieved through the implementation of the following activities: Support for employment in the newly created social enterprise; Buying a content management system; Social and professional integration of the representatives of the target groups by providing consultations; Exploring the demand and opportunities for marketing the services of the social enterprise. The target group of this project is 8 unemployed young people up to 29 years of age and 4 unemployed persons over 54 years of age from Sofia municipality motivated to develop professionally in the field of online media, meeting the requirements of the employer for the respective position. Expected results of the project: Established and functioning social enterprise; Provided employment of 8 persons from target group of unemployed persons up to 29 years of age and of 4 unemployed persons over 54 years of age for 12 months; - an integrated and functioning content management system; A survey of demand and opportunities for marketing the services of the social enterprise; Current state-of-the-art information on market conditions and trends, their competitors and the services and prices they provide. The project will create and provide conditions for the sustainable operation of a social enterprise that will provide social return services by creating and maintaining an information health website. 6 of those who show the best results during 12 months of employment within the project will be given the opportunity for sustainable employment after the completion of the project for a minimum of 6 months in the newly created social enterprise.
