Establishing and developing a Social enterprise via "Dreams Without Borders" Foundation

The aim of the project is hiring people of the target group and providing them a normal work environment for their social inclusion, personal independence and fair opportunity for permanent professional realization. Dreams Without Borders Foundation forces its main activities in order of establishing a social enterprise ­ a profitable business structure that will reimburse socially important causes related to the purpose of the project and will promote Know­How for an effective social business strategy. In order to achieve its main goal and fulfill its specific activities, the project will combine the following measures: - utilizing an office space for a work access of the employees concerning the job requirements and their specific needs. - providing psychological support for representatives of the target group in order of stimulating their motivation, increasing their personal self ­esteem, enhancing their social competences and professional orientation. - providing jobs for representatives of vulnerable groups and stimulate their permanent employment. - providing a training for the employees in order of increasing their professional competences. - providing social marketing and advertising in order of promoting the enterprise and proclaiming good practices for social entrepreneurship. The brand new social enterprise will hire 12 people with fewer opportunities on the labor market (incl. persons with disabilities) for a period of 12 months. They will work in the field of IT in order of promoting events of all kinds, but mostly socially important causes. The project will spread the idea for the social entrepreneurship among the stakeholders, people with fewer opportunities and the society in general. It will identify the problems of that social group, will bring the idea of the specific obstacles the group and will remind to the society for that very sensitive situation and in end will propose a strategy for an effective positive impact.
