Development of social entrepreneurship in Madan municipality.

The implementation of a project entitled "DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN MADAN MUNICIPALITY" aims at facilitating access to employment and providing support for the social inclusion of PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND PEOPLE AT A DISADVANTAGE ON THE LABOUR MARKET AND OTHER SOCIALLY EXCLUDED PERSONS by creating appropriate conditions for their professional integration in the sphere of the social economy. It is envisaged providing employment for up to 12 months to 34 persons from the vulnerable groups on the territory of Madan Municipality (People with Disabilities and People with Disadvantaged on the Labor Market and Other Socially Excluded Persons) to the MUNICIPAL SOCIAL ENTERPRISE "LANDSCAPING AND PUBLIC WORKS - MADAN". The applicant organization plans to hire an administrative team of the municipal social enterprise, which will consist of a Director - 1 number, a Psychologist - 1 number and an Accountant, he and a Human Resources expert - 1 number, and the persons will be provided with employment for period of 12 months do not fall within the definitions of inactive and unemployed persons. Within the framework of this project proposal, the following activities will be implemented: 1) ESTABLISHMENT OF MUNICIPAL SOCIAL ENTERPRISE "LANDSCAPING AND PUBLIC WORKS - MADAN". 2) STAFFING ENSURANCE AND MATERIAL PROVISION OF MUNICIPAL SOCIAL ENTERPRISE "LANDSCAPING AND PUBLIC WORKS - MADAN". 3) PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSISTANCE AND MOTIVATING OF PERSONS FROM VULNERABLE GROUPS FOR INCLUSION IN THE EMPLOYMENT BY CONDUCTING MOTIVATIONAL TRAINING "I CAN". 4) SOCIAL AND PROFESSIONAL INTEGRATION OF REPRESENTATIVES OF VULNERABLE GROUPS IN THE SOCIAL ECONOMY SECTOR. 5) ORGANIZING AND CONDUCTING PROFESSIONAL TRAINING. 6) EMPLOYMENT PROVISION FOR PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS. 7) STUDY OF THE SEARCH AND POSSIBILITIES FOR THE MARKET REALIZATION OF THE PRODUCED GOODS AND SERVICES PROVIDED. 8) SOCIAL MARKETING AND PROMOTION OF SOCIAL ECONOMY AND SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP.
