Development of social entrepreneurship in Ivaylovgrad

The main objective of the project proposal is to create a sustainable model for access to employment and to provide support for social inclusion of vulnerable groups in the Municipality of IvaIlovgrad, by creating appropriate conditions for their professional integration in the field of social economy. Specific objectives: Establishment and development of new social enterprise to provide more and better social services in order to improve the quality of life of people from vulnerable social groups and optimizing the social costs of the municipality; Creation of protected jobs for people from vulnerable and disadvantaged groups as part of the measures aimed at tackling local problems caused by poverty and social exclusion of people in the municipality; Creating employment and raising the competence of professionals through their employment as staff in the social enterprise as a factor in promoting the principles of the social economy; Implementation of good practices in the field of social entrepreneurship and social services, as a factor for sustainable integration of people from vulnerable groups; Raising public attention and increasing awareness among citizens and interested parties on issues of social exclusion and opportunities for sustainable integration by applying the principles of social economy. The main activities: Establishing the social enterprise - developing guidelines and methodology for providing social services. Repairs and supply of new equipment in the building of home social patronage in IvaIlovgrad; Selection and recruitment of 32 members of vulnerable groups in the municipality to work in the social enterprise for 12 months. Providing training on key competencies for 10 members of staff, provision of 2 mentors/supervisors for 10 people. Developing a business plan for the enterprise and offering new social services- Home and social Care and catering to more than 200 users from municipality
