Ensuring sustainable development through the expansion of social enterprise at the "Generative" Foundation

The overall objective of the e facilitating access to employment and provide support for the social inclusion of vulnerable groups of Velingrad Municipality by creating appropriate conditions for their professional integration in the social economy. The specific objective of the project is to expand and stabilize the activity of the SE at the 'Generative"Foundation to create conditions for effective social inclusion of at least 12pers. from vulnerable groups of Velingrad Municipality. Immediately after the start of the project will be appointed to the management team to start the implementation of the development concept of social enterprise through project activities.After that it will be made actual identification and selection among 40 people disadvantaged in the labor market and other socially excluded persons(unemployed over 54 years old .;long-term unemployed, unemployed with disabilities; unemployed persons with basic or lower education and without professional qualification )of Velingrad Municipality, which will be psychological motivated to participate in the project.12 of the identified representatives of these groups will be recruited after a selection. All persons will be employed for 6 months.Employees will be provided psychological support and social integration in the period of employment.They will be supported for inclusion in training in Key Competencies Public Civil Competences and will receive a certificate for it.It will be carried out repairs of the building, which houses the social enterprise, and the necessary equipment for persons who will be responsible for new services in the enterprise,will be bought. An Expert will study the demand and opportunities for marketing of the manufactured goods and services provided as a result of which will be carried out social marketing from the specialy chosen for this -professional external company. After completion of the project at least 6 of the jobs will be retained for at least 6 months period.
