Step forward in social entrepreneurship

As a social enterprise project proposal 'Association Azbukari "is intended to enhance capabilities and expand social and professional integration of members of vulnerable groups in the social economy sector and the long-term realization of the labor market, which will contribute to achieving the strategic goals OP "HRD" in implementing the Europe 2020 strategy in the field of employment, combating poverty and social exclusion. The project envisages the following activities that will contribute to development of social entrepreneurship and sustainable realization of the labor market of persons from the target group: - Conduct training on key competence for 7 persons from the target group; - Employ over 12 m.; - Providing two mentors from employer payroll persons for 6 months; - Equipping the newly created seven jobs; - Organization and project management; - Information and communication project. Activities envisaged in the project proposal covering all seven persons with disabilities, representatives of the target group. After training in key competence of 7 persons will be provided employment 'Association Azbukari "for 12 months during the project and will ensure the sustainability and preservation of jobs after its completion. The Association is constantly developing its business and intends to continue long-term employment, and in the future, the aim is hiring more people from vulnerable groups. The expected results of the project are in line with Priority Axis 2 "Reducing poverty and promote social inclusion" Priority 4 "Promoting social entrepreneurship and vocational integration in social enterprises and promotion of social and solidarity economy in order to facilitate access to employment "and Specific objective 1" Increasing the number of social enterprises after the endorsement. "
