Sustainable Employment and Social Integration of Disadvantaged Persons in the Labour Market and Other Socially Excluded persons in ALC Bulgaria Ltd.

The main objective of the project is to provide support for social inclusion and sustainable integration for employment to disadvantaged people at the labor market and other socially excluded persons. To achieve this objective and the expected results measured by a set of indicators, the following activities are planned: inclusion into integration programmes for the adaptation of persons towards actual employment in the sphere of real and social economy (activity 1), adaptation of attitudes and the key civil competences to the specific requirements of the employer and the working environment of the enterprise (activity 2), creating 14 new job positions in the sphere of social economy through the implementation of targeted investments for their material and resource security (activity 4) and ensuring a long-term employ-ability for 14 persons from vulnerable social groups at the labor market for a period of 12 months (activity 3). The representatives from the target group for all job positions in the project are disadvantaged people at the labor market and other socially excluded persons. By implementing the project, the fundamental principles of equal opportunities, non-discrimination, gender equality and sustainable development are set, which are also part of the general policies of the company. The implementation of the project meets the needs of the target groups and complies with the applicant’s commitment to increase the human resources for improving the quality of production and provided services. In order to achieve sustainability of the results at the end of the project, ALC BULGARIA LTD. undertakes the commitment to maintain the job positions for a minimum of six months for a minimum of 50% of the hired persons under the project. The expected results from implementing the project are related to secure an inclusive sustainable growth in the sphere of the real economy.
