Development of social entrepreneurship and facilitate access to employment of vulnerable groups - "Mailbox" Ltd.

This project proposal is aimed at providing support for social inclusion of vulnerable groups through the creation of appropriate conditions for their professional integration in the social economy. The creation of a social enterprise in the "Touch the happiness" Foundation focuses on creating 11 jobs for people from vulnerable groups. The target group of the project is 11 persons, and they will be included in a subsidized employment. After completion of the subsidized employment of the 11 people, the social enterprise will keep 50% of the newly created jobs for a minimum period of six months. With the implementation of the following activities specified in the project proposal: 1.Support to provide employment for a period of 12 months to 11 persons entirely from the target groups 2. Carry out market research on demand and market opportunities 3. Purchase the software and equipment needed to create jobs for newcomers under the project employees 4. Providing training on key competences to persons for whom employment is provided in the social enterprise These activities will bring about the expected results for creation of possibilities for disadvantaged persons at labor market as well as other socially excluded persons for a fulfilled life and facilitated professional integration in the scope of social economy. This, in its turn, is a prerequisite for ensuring of stable decrease of poverty by providing a better quality employment and stimulating of social and solidary economy.
