Social enterprise ERNAY

The project aims to provide employment, income and social integration of disadvantaged persons on the labor market and other socially excluded persons from the munic. of Momchilgrad and the other municipalities. It provides for the establishment and operation of the ERNAY social enterprise in Momchilgrad, offering a complex of services for the elderly and disabled with limited mobility and social contacts who wish to improve their quality of life in their usual social and domestic environment and other specialized services against payment. The SE will be an innovative structure for ERNAY EOOD. The aim of the project is to achieve a sustainable and lasting effect of the created business activity guaranteeing employment for 12 persons from the target group. A package of measures will ensure a lasting labor and social integration of the target group, while at the same time supporting the work of the specialists in the SE and stabilizing its organizational, functional and financial structure. The target group subject to intervention under the project is: disadvantaged persons on the labor market and other socially excluded persons. The project activities: 1.Psych. support and motivation of persons from vulnerable groups for inclusion in employment; 2.Procedure selection and recruitment of staff in the JI 3.Social and profess.integration of the newly appointed team of target group through vocational training and supervision. 4. Recruitment of SP customers and provision of a package of integrated services at home. 5. Market research, social marketing and promotion of the social economy and the SP. Results: 1. Established and legalized new social enterprise. 2. Provided psychological support and motivation activities and integration of at least 12 persons from the target group. 3.Integrated in the work environment 12 persons from the target group. 4. Provided employment for 12 persons from the target group. 5.Prepared market research and marketing of SP and JI
