"Support for employment, social and professional integration of persons from risk groups through a social enterprise in Peshtera municipality"

In recent years there has been an increase in the population of Peshtera in the proportion of persons belonging to the vulnerable group, which is why our social policy is focused primarily on overcoming the effects of social exclusion and poverty, which in turn will allow the return of the actual labor market of these persons. In the implementation of the project "Support for employment, social and professional integration of persons from risk groups through a social enterprise in Peshtera municipality" will be created a social enterprise with activity of landscaping and will provide employment of 32 persons from the target group for a period of 12 months . The project focuses on the social and professional integration of disadvantaged people by promoting social entrepreneurship in order to improve the quality of life and provide opportunities for social inclusion and inclusion in the community. In order to strengthen the motivation of persons from the target group for training and work, provision of psychological support and counseling and motivational training is envisaged. It is planned to organize and conduct training sessions focused on the development of social competencies in order to promote the ambition of independence, self-assertion, self-expression and personal growth of the most vulnerable part of society, namely people with special needs, disadvantaged people on the labor market and other socially excluded persons. Another main activity is the provision of vocational training in "Landscaping Worker" specialty "Landscaping and Floriculture" for acquiring the first degree of professional qualification. The improvement of skills and knowledge contributes to the successful realization of the persons on the labor market, their retention and especially to increase their career opportunities. The current project is aimed at increasing employment and combating poverty and social exclusion.
