Opportunities for professional realization at Vilaz Group OOD

VILAZ GROUP OOD, established in 1993, has a business of retail trade in hardware, paints and flat glass. The company owns 3 hypermarkets Vilaz, oriented to the supply of goods for the construction, repair and furnishing of the home and garden, a large part of which are imported. Based on the shared experience of its foreign partners in social entrepreneurship, the management plans to turn the company into an organization that has a pronounced social effect. Any support for the Employers under the BG05M9OP001-2.010 Development of Social Entrepreneurship procedure which aims to create new and expand the activities of already existing enterprises from the social economy will contribute to this end. The project proposal of the applicant aimed at creating a successful social enterprise and conditions for professional integration of persons of poor competitiveness on the labor market in the field of social economy includes the following activities:. 1. Provide employment for 16 persons from vulnerable groups - 10 unemployed youths up to 29 years of age, 4 persons over 54 years of age and 2 persons with primary or lower education and no professional qualifications, for a period of 12 months. 2. Ensure psychological support and motivation of 16 persons from vulnerable groups for inclusion in employment. 3. Equip the newly created working places with the necessary facilities and business inventory. 4.
