New Opportunity for Enhanced Employability

This project proposal is aimed at facilitating access to employment and providing support for the social inclusion of 20 individuals from Svoge Municipality who are representatives of vulnerable groups through creating suitable conditions for their professional integration in the field of social economy. The main activities to implement are selected in such a way as to guarantee the highest level of achievement of the aims and objectives, outcomes and targets/ indicators set in this project proposal. The following main activities are to be implemented as part of the Project: 1. Psychological support and motivation of persons from vulnerable groups for employment inclusion. 2. Delivery of training to persons for whom jobs are provided at the social enterprise. 3. Equipping the newly created work places in the line of business of the social enterprise. 4. Provision of training for improved management and business skills in view of enhancing the effectiveness of the management of social enterprises. 5. Support for provision of employment for up to 12 months. 6. Study on the demand and marketing opportunities in relation to the goods produced and services provided. 7. Social marketing and popularisation of the social economy and the social business. As a result of implementing this Project the following outcomes will be achieved: - Employment will be provided for 20 persons in Svoge Municipality who are representatives of the project target groups; - The motivation and knowledge of the representatives of the target group will be enhanced to enable better professional integration and employability in the field of social economy; - The social and economic status of the representatives of the target group will be improved and support for their social inclusion will be provided; - Equipment required for the operation of the social enterprise will be secured and suitable conditions for its future development will be created.
