Establishment of a new social enterprise for laundry and dry cleaning "Autumn"

The main objective of this project is to support social inclusion and professional integration of the vulnerable group of unemployed people over the age of 54 through creation of conditions for sustainable employment - development of social enterprise inside the structure of "ALFA ESTATE". The enterprise will be active in the field of industrial laundry and dry cleaning. In this regard, 20 personnel will be hired, of which 16 are representatives of the vulnerable target group. 4 other persons will be directly involved in the activity of the social enterprise but they will not be part of the vulnerable target group. The project activities include equipping the new workplaces, providing employment for up to 12 months to the target group’s representatives and the social enterprise management team. As part of the project, activities for organization and management, as well as information and communication will be carried out. As a result of the project implementation 16 vulnerable persons will receive opportunity to acquire job skills that will increase their competitiveness on the labor market and will have the opportunity to restore their working habits, which will also increase their motivation to find a job. The provision of employment for X persons from the target group for a period of 12 months will lead to increased economic autonomy of the target group’s representatives and their social integration.
