Complex community support through innovative services

The main objective of the project is to create prerequisites for active social inclusion, improving the quality of life, facilitating access to employment and returning to the labor market for people with physical, mental and sensory disabilities and their families. The project target group is 60 p. with physical and sensory disabilities over the age of 18 and 40 p. caring for their disabled relatives living on the territory of the whole country. Main activities: Development of a methodology for effective inclusion of a person in a disability in the company team; Information campaign to present the opportunities of people with disabilities, their positive role in society; Development and implementation of specialized software to support the electronic inclusion of people with disabilities; Performing research, surveys, analyzes of the needs of disabled people and their families; Selection of users of the Center;Functioning of the Center;Providing information to target groups on health and health promotion; Active through sport; Career development days; Initiatives to develop a network of innovative social services for people with disabilities and families; Conducting a conference; Information and publicity.Expected results:Developed and popularized methodology for effective inclusion of person in disability in the company team; An information campaign for presenting the opportunities of people with disabilities and changing the attitudes of society; developed and implemented specialized software;Conducted research, prepared report and developed Methodology for work with families of people with disabilities; Functioning Center and provided innovative social services; An organized initiative for the development of a network of innovative social services for people with disabilities and families at risk; Organized conference;Provided information and initiatives to support access to healthcare and healthy lifestyles;Realized local social activities for social inclusion.
