A new chance for social inclusion in Lyaskovets Municipality

The Project includes a package of integrated innovative social services for people with disabilities and seniors over 65 years of age, unable to take care for themselves. The main health, social and other services will be provided for 48 users from the target groups. . The package of innovative social services will include development of “Mobile center for integrated social services” and “ Laboratory for social innovations”, in which the following experts will be employed: 2 social worker; 2 medical expert; 1 psychologist; 1 coordinator; 1 rehabilitator; 1 mediator, all employed on 8-hour workday and 4 persons with disabilities, employed on 4-hour work day as “ assistants, social inclusion”. Every expert will participate in a training on working with people with disabilities and seniors over 65 years of age, unable to take care for themselves. The idea for the upgrading the existing social services in Lyaskovets Municipality is based on the different and dynamic needs of large number of people with disabilities and seniors over 65 years of age, unable to take care for themselves. With various innovative social services, provided according to the needs of the users. Within the project will be bought special equipment, that will provide safe experience for the target group during the provided services.
