Improving the quality of life of people with disabilities or incapacity in self-care and their family members in the municipality of Belovo.

For the purpose of this project, integrated hourly social services for people / children with disabilities will be provided to provide long-term social, psychological and other care in the home environment. With the implementation of the project, the quality of life of the target groups and their families will be improved, the quality of the services provided under previous projects will be improved, their volume and diversity will be expanded and the territorial scope will be achieved.As a result of the implementation of the project activities, target groups will have the opportunity to exercise their right to independent living and social inclusion by respecting their rights, taking into account their specific needs and personal desires. Their right of choice will be respected when selecting the necessary services that will maximally guarantee their needs.Through the implementation of the project activities, on the one hand, employment of unemployed persons of working age and persons who care for their relatives will be ensured and they will be given the opportunity to return to the real labor market and on the other hand will enable disabled people to choose the desired and needed assistant.The implementation of the project builds on the activities and the successful results of previous procedures implemented on the territory of Belovo municipality and will provide ongoing care to the target group. A new method of decentralized provision at municipal level of hourly services will be implemented, which will make the project inherent in itself and will enable the municipality to manage and coordinate this type of service independently, preparing it for the moment when these activities will be delegated.
