"Social and Economic Integration through Integrated Measures to Improve Access to Education and Work of Vulnerable Groups in the Municipality of Satovcha"

The project proposal will be implemented on the territory of the Municipality of Satovcha through the joint work of the Municipality, the selected partners and the assistance of the associated partners The aim is for the Roma community, people at risk and people from low-lying regions without jobs to take their place on the labor market by ensuring their employment and competitiveness When working with identified inactive people, experts will activate them by encouraging them and helping them choose from the following possible activation paths 1. Return to the education system: dropouts from the education system should be directed to educational institutions and structures of the Ministry of Education and Science at regional and local level to continue education 2. Register with the Labor Office Directorate 3. Target for inclusion in training on job opportunities 4. Targeting the realization of the labor market 5. Targeting inclusion in social and health services In the implementation of the project in schools and kindergartens conditions for equal access to pre-school and school preparation will be provided work will be done to strengthen the motivation of children and parents to participate in the learning process the quality of education in the kindergarten and in the municipal schools where children of different ethnic backgrounds are trained in order to improve their educational integration there will be an opportunity for additional activities with children for whom the Bulgarian language is not mother tongue will ensure mutual knowledge of children from different ethnic backgrounds and their education in a spirit of tolerance the conditions for successful socialization of children from ethnic minorities will be improved the motivation of children and parents to participate in the educational process and to overcome negative public attitudes based on ethnic origin will be strengthened
