"Socio-economic Integration of Vulnerable Groups and Implementation of Integrated Measures to Improve Access to Education in Sofia Municipality - Krasna Polyana Region

The project offers an integrated approach to solve key problems of the target group and includes activities in the following areas: improving access to employment; improving access to education; improving access to social and health services; developing local communities and overcoming negative stereotypes; educational activities for ethnic minorities and seeking or receiving international protection. The project creates a lasting cooperation model at local level, with the participation of all institutions, partners and associated partners working in this area at the local level. The integrated project proposal promotes partnership and cooperation between local authorities and Roma communities. In this way, support for marginalized population groups will include provision of a comprehensive "social package", which will simultaneously attack all the problems hampering the integration of target groups in Bulgarian society.
