"SYSTEMIC INTEGRATION MODEL" DINKATA " - SOCIO-ECONOMIC AND EDUCATIONAL INTEGRATION OF VULNERABLE GROUPS IN MUNICIPALITY OF LESICHOVO"

The overall goal of the project is to improve the quality of life, social inclusion and ensure the sustainable integration of the Roma community in Lesichovo Municipality by piloting the Systemic Integration Model-Dinkata. The project focuses on education and most activities on both programs will take place at the Kocho Chestimenski Primary School. The parents of the children will be attracted through the Center for Community Development and an innovative social service Consultative Social-Health Center placed in the same building. Within the framework of OPHRD is envisaged: planning and managing the model through 3 management units; preparation and implementation of individual plans of the target group by case managers; labor mediators and psychologists to activate economically inactive individuals (individually and through motivational training), to mediate for employment (individually, in groups and through consultation with employers); to qualify 36 persons as landscapers and builders and to provide them with employment mainly at K. Chest-nski Primary School; 48 people to learn key competences; to set up and apply an early warning system for risk of dropping out; to create an innovative social service and Community Development Center. A total of 160 Roma will be included in the OPHRD. Within the framework of the OPSESG is envisaged: to improve the educational environment in school by setting up a planning and management mechanism; providing additional activities, psychological support, club activities for successful completion and continuing education; encouraging parents to take part via various forms; to overcome the negative public attitudes based on ethnic origin by a series of public events, incl. two large-scale demonstrations of the model. A total of 100 Roma children will be included in the OPSESG. Independent monitoring and evaluation of the model is planned, as well as local community involvment in the implementation and monitoring of the project.
