"Integration of vulnerable groups in Dolna Mitropolia Municipality."

The project proposal envisages implementing a number of integration (social, health, educational, etc.) measures, aiming at engaging existing labor, health, educational and social structures. It is envisaged to hire labor mediators to assist in the implementation of all activities. A survey will be carried out and an explanatory mechanism will be developed to identify the needs of local communities. Individuals from the target group will be provided with psycho-social games to determine their knowledge and skills and they will also receive key competences training. Individuals from the target group will be employed on subsidized employment for a period of 12 months in the following directions: stitching and cutting, cooking and construction. It is planned to work with parents and students on the territory of Dolna Mitropolia Municipality. A study will be made among parents and students about the ideas and interests they have for extracurricular classes. Adapted materials for extracurricular activities for the children will be prepared, which to be put into practice in extracurricular activities by their teachers. Students who need additional classes in Bulgarian will be included in additional classes. Family days, career days, career development courses, etc. will be organized.
