The project aims to contribute to the improvement of quality of life, social inclusion and poverty reduction, as well as to the sustainable integration of the most marginalized communities, including Roma through the implementation of complex integration measures and the implementation of an integrated approach in the municipality of Krivodol. Specific objectives of the OPHRP, aimed at supporting social inclusion: -Supporting labor market integration of marginalized groups (Strand1) through: labor mediation; motivating for active behavior in the labor market; Key Competence Training 4 "Digital Competence" of 8 persons, providing employment for 61 persons from the marginalized communities to an employer Krivodol Municipality, as well as 5 persons in a newly created Community Center. - Improving access to social and health services (Strand 3) through health training and counseling. - Development of local communities and overcome negative stereotypes (Stand 4) by building and resourcing of a community center in support of vulnerable and marginalized communities in Krivodol Municipality and public events to overcome stereotypes, involving all stakeholders. Specific objective under the OPSEID: Support for social inclusion aimed at ensuring access to education and training through working with children, pupils and their parents, and all stakeholders; implementation of integration measures such as additional Bulgarian language training, out-of-school holidays and events, creative activities aimed at the prevention of school dropout and measures to overcome stereotypes. Developed a coalition of the candidate and three partners with extensive experience and capacity for implementation. Includes the entire community and all stakeholders. A target group is of the Roma ethnicity: 438 unemployed and inactive, 242 children and pupils and their parents. Duration: 34 months.
