he present project will be implemented on the basis of solving complex problems of the Roma population from Zavet Municipality and integrated solutions will be offered by combining activities to ensure access to employment, education and social and health services. T Along with the implementation of integrated measures and the implementation of an integrated approach, the project envisages applying an individual approach that takes into account the individual needs of individuals and groups at risk from the Roma community.Psychological support, counseling of the target group are foreseen. Information and knowledge on occupations, requirements and trends in the labor market will be provided. The project will help to improve access to employment by providing subsidized employment to 10 workers from the RALOMEX project partner and 15 other unemployed people from the municipality on the territory of the municipalities of the villages of Brestovene, Ostrovo, Sushevo and Veselets. Support is provided to children and students from the ethnic minorities on the territory of the Municipality of Zavet in the field of education as well as work with their parents to increase the interest in education - family support of their children at school and out of school to achieve better results . With the help of the partner of the Roma Foundation "Iskra", innovative educational models will be developed to support formal education for children in kindergartens. The more specific objective of some of the activities is to improve the parenting skills of Roma mothers in the field of early childhood development, as well as improving learning in a family environment.
